50 Med Ball Twists (25 Each Side)

Use an appropriate weight to complete 100 cleans. Can be scaled to power or hang power cleans, otherwise do full depth squat cleans. Focus on consistency across the runs, and for an added challenge, replace the med ball with a dumbbell or kettlebell.
