Scale to dumbbell/kettlebell, if no barbell available. Ideally, the weight is decreasing on each set-starting with a challenging set of 15 (unbroken, or 2 sets max), and as the reps go up, the weight makes jumps that allow 5-10 unbroken reps. If you don’t have the weights available to increase the barbell (or dumbbell/kettlebell) weights, add in 15/25/35 Pushups in to the presses.

    Used Log from rogue fitness

    Weights were 112(15)-92(30)-72(45)

    Had to break up sets more frequently towards the end of workout
