100 Pushups
Every Minute (Including 0:00), 50yd Shuttle Run
-Then-
100 Kettlebell Swings
Every Minute (Including 0:00), 10 Jumping Lunges

Choose your own setup for the shuttle-make AT LEAST 3 stations you have to tag. Scale the pushup or kettlebell swing numbers down, if you cannot perform at least 10 reps with each remaining set of time. Rest 3-5 Minutes between the two workouts.

    Wasn’t at the the gym this afternoon. Did this on athletic field.

    Did the second wod with sit-ups instead of swings
