21 Hang Power Cleans
15 Front Squats
9 Burpees Over Bar
Pick a weight that you can do the power cleans in 1-3 sets, max. The front squats should be able to be completed in 1 or 2 sets. Push on the run, but use that as some of the recovery. See how close you can keep the splits on each round-ideally, your last round will be well within 30-45 seconds of your first round.
