C) Walking Lunges (w/ 1 racked Dumbbell)
D) Situps

*Tabata is traditionally 8 rounds of a movement, 20 seconds of all out work, 10 seconds of rest (4 minutes total)
Choose weather you want to complete the 8 sets of each movement, or rotate through the 4 movements 8 times. Each will offer a slightly different stimulus. Choose between the same dumbbell for the snatch and the lunge, or use 2 different weights.
