50ft Farmer Carry
The first part is meant to be fatiguing. The runs should be fast and hard, and the burpees should be intense as well. The rest is the remaining time. Choose a weight you can do both fast, unbroken power cleans with, as well as unbroken front squats. Go as heavy as you want on the farmer carry.
