A) 35 Double Unders+5 Odd Object Squats
B) 15 Situps+15 Kettlebell Swings
Use any object you have, as heavy as you can. Adjust Part B’s numbers if you cannot complete the 30 reps in the minute. Ideally, Part A should take 45-50 seconds, and Part B should take 50-55.
