Med Ball Twists
Double Unders
-Then-
2 Minutes Max Dumbbell Thrusters

Count each side of the twist as 1 rep. Pick a weight that you can go unbroken, or as close as possible. If you can’t do double unders, mimic the movement: jump, and tap your thighs twice while in the air. This will help with the timing and rhythm of using a jump rope. This is meant to be a fast workout!

Pick a challenging weight for the Dumbbell Thrusters. Rests should be very short.
