30 Clean and Jerks
Every Minute (Including 0:00) 3 Burpees over Bar

This workout can be done one of two ways-lighter and faster, or heavy and longer. Choose a weight that allows you to cycle, so that you are performing as few burpees as possible, or a heavier weight done as singles, where there are more burpees being performed.

Scale to dumbbells or kettlebells if needed. You can always increase the number of burpees as well, if the dumbbells are too light.
