This can be a stationary bike (Assault or Concept 2, or similar) or, a road bike. The bike should be at an uncomfortable, but manageable, speed. Scale the pullups to ring rows or any variation that works for you-the 5 should be unbroken, and ideally, the wall balls should be too-or at least close.
