With the remaining time, as many strict pullups as possible

The intent here is to row HARD, and maximize the time you are doing pullups. If no rower is available, replace with 12 burpees as fast as possible. Scale strict pullups to banded strict, or ring rows, NOT standard kipping/butterfly pullups.
