Wall Walks can be scaled up to handstand walks-figure 30-50 feet per round. Otherwise, walk up the wall as far as you feel comfortable. Scale the double unders to attempts in 1 minute, or tempo jumps to work on timing. This will smoke the shoulders, so rest as needed!
