This will be very taxing on the grip. Scale movements according to your abilities. Definitely better to do in manageable sets, where you are dropping off the bar BEFORE you are struggling. Choose as challenging of a height as you’d like for the box jumps. If no box available, use a bench, stairs, etc. Or, replace with a 400-800m Run.
