100ft Farmer Carry

40ft Handstand Walk
-Then-
3 Minutes:
10 Wall Balls
12 Situps
Snatches can be power or full, and can be subbed out for power cleans, or dumbbell/kettlebell snatches. The weight should be light enough to cycle unbroken, or in 2 sets max. The handstand walk can be replaced with 6 Wall Walks.
This is all meant to be done in one continuous workout-no rest between. Upon completion of the second workout, move right into the 3 minute AMRAP.
