Choose a weight that will be challenging for the Hang Snatch and the Step Ups. Rack the bar on your back for the step ups. This is meant to overload the legs, so resting between the squats and the step ups if needed. The movements can be scaled to dumbbell snatch, dumbbell overhead squats, and single dumbbell step up.
