15 Box Step Ups w/2 Kettlebells
Use Bike instead of Rower if that’s available. Scale up using GHD situps. Any weight kettlebell you’d like, but use two of the same weight for the step ups. Scale those to dumbbells or no weight if needed.

I don’t really have any “abs” workouts-most of the movements focus on the full core. Tabata planks, situps and boat holds always did the trick for me though 🙂
