25 Minutes Steady Cardio
-Right Into-
AMRAP 5 Minutes:
3 Man Makers
30 Double Unders

For the cardio, choose one modality (running, rowing, biking) or a combination. The goal is to move continuously at an aerobic pace for the entire 25 minutes,
Each Man Maker uses 2 dumbbells and consists of:
1 Pushup
1 Row/each arm
1 Pushup to stand (similar to burpee)
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Clean Thruster
-Find a weight dumbbell you can perform the 3 reps relatively quickly, and unbroken. Scale double unders as needed.
