Use a barbell weight that you can successfully cycle at least 10-15 reps at a time. This is meant to be a grinder, but shouldn’t be a struggle. Scale to Hang Power Cleans if you are not proficient at Snatches, and/or scale to a single dumbbell/kettlebell if you have no bar.
Go as far you feel comfortable with the wall walks, nose to wall, back to floor, would be full ROM.
Pick a challenging weight for the Farmer Carries!
