Five 4-Minute Rounds:
12 Dumbbell Snatch
50 Double Unders
30 Squats
50 Double Unders
12 Dumbbell Snatch
Each round is meant to be done as fast as possible, with maximum rest. If you cannot complete the round in under 3:30, scale whatever movements necessary to allow that. Double unders can be swapped with the same number of tempo jumps (jump in air, slap thigh twice) to simulate double under rhythm.
